We take many steps to ensure the safety of our products. In fact, we take so many steps that we cannot list them all here. However, all of our production processes are validated for food safety. We offer toursTuesday and Thursdaybetween 10:00am and 3:00pm. For groups less than 16 people, please schedule online. Large groups of more than 16 may schedule a tour Monday through Friday between 10:00am and 3:00pm by calling 614-272-9221.

The majority of our orders are shipped via UPS. Most in-stock items should ship 7-10 business days after receipt of your order. During periods of severe heat, Anthony-Thomas Candy Company may elect to delay shipments in order to ensure they arrive in proper condition. Shipping to hot weather states(Arizona, California, Florida, New Mexico, Texas and Nevada) requires Air Freight. Please note that selecting Air Freight only ensures the package will arrive in proper condition, not that it will arrive sooner.

Chocolate is best when stored in a cool, dry place. However, it is not advisable to store your chocolate in a refrigerator or freezer as the chocolate may become flavored from other products.

Our products are manufactured in a facility that processes peanuts, tree nuts, egg, wheat and soy. Although we are careful not to cross-contaminate, these allergens may be present in our products. Between producing, packing, and storing products such as pretzels and graham crackers, gluten may be present in our facility.

Anthony-Thomas does not independently certify product as gluten-free through a 3rd-party agency. The majority of our products meet the FDA definition for gluten-free being formulated with ingredients that are not derived from gluten-containing grains. Wheat-based or other gluten-containing flours are not used within the production environment.
